Always shake the bottle well before serving because the drinks settle if left sitting for a while. Consume liquid contents within 12 hours upon opening; the product does not contain any preservatives. The teas can be enjoyed hot or cold. Only heat the portion to be consumed by pouring it out of the bottle. Keep the rest chilled or frozen.
